A choice of classes, workshop intensives and more in vocal exploration, healing with sound, and the French language, infused with the “Joy of Life".

Have you noticed how, when you allow yourself to feel pure joy, life flows more smoothly, your capacity to understand expands, and your level of retention dramatically increases? Guess what? Joy of Life is contagious. Well, may be not exactly! How about if Joie de Vivre is already existing deep in you, and that the daily stress covers it up just like the clouds cover the sun, but the Sun is still shining behind the clouds and when the wind pushes the clouds away, we can feel the Sun again. When you hang out around Joy, or a Joyful atmosphere, the principle of resonance, or entrainment starts taking place. You start feeling it more deeply, enjoying its delicious natural consequences.

The purpose of "Ah, Joie de Vivre" -meaning, "Ah, Joy of Life" is to bring out the inner Joy, residing inside of each of us, while providing the opportunity for each to learn, feed the brain, develop courage (by moving beyond some fears of making new sounds), unleash creative energy and so much more... in a loving supportive atmosphere.

At Joie de Vivre! our mission is to inspire people to drop deeper into their heart and ignite their courage to follow their passion. We infuse gatherings with our innate "Joie de Vivre", the "Joy of Life"!
